Real case · verifiable today
Marsa Lawyers is a law firm serving Italian citizens in Panama. Their website stopped waiting for visits: today it is a tool that ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity can use, and that wins clients inside the conversation itself. Everything we claim here, you can verify right now.

01 Why
More and more people don't search on Google: they ask an AI. If your site only knows how to show itself to a human visitor, it is left out of that conversation. An agentic website is different: it is a tool the assistant can USE to answer on your behalf, with your data, and bring the client to you without leaving the chat.
Pages to read. At best the AI summarizes some text it found. It cannot check your prices, your timelines or your requirements.
It exposes functions the assistant invokes in real time: requirements, costs, timelines, paperwork. The answer the AI gives is yours, not an approximation.
When the prospect says "I want to start", the AI can register their details right there. No form, no tab switching, nobody lost along the way.
02 Featured case
It is not a demo or a plugin: it is their own server at the edge (a Cloudflare Worker), serving at marsalawyers.com/mcp with ten tools that return the firm's real data.
At marsalawyers.com/mcp. It answers the protocol handshake and exposes tools an assistant can invoke: residency requirements, costs and timelines, document checklist, how the remote process works, tax information and contact channels.
When the prospect tells the AI "I want to start", the assistant registers their details with that tool and the notice lands in the firm's inbox. No form, and the user never leaves the conversation.
The agentic layer is worthless if the site is slow or excludes people. The figures are below, with device, date and method — like every figure we publish.
03 Step by step
Here is how it works in practice, with no jargon. This is the whole journey of someone who had never heard of Marsa.
The client arrived without visiting the site, without filling in a form, and without anyone at Marsa lifting a finger. The conversation with the AI became a lead.
04 Proof
Measured on 23/07/2026 with our own engine (median of 3 runs). On desktop: performance 97, accessibility 100, best practices 100 and SEO 100. On mobile: accessibility, best practices and SEO at 100, with performance in the 80s — that is a lab measurement and it varies between runs, so it is under continuous optimization. We say it rather than hide it: a number without a device and a date is a claim without evidence.

Level 4 Agent-Ready
GEO
05 How we work
The market is filling up with sites that DECLARE AI capabilities by publishing a file. Declaring is not implementing. Our scanner does not check whether the file exists: it tries to USE the capability and verifies that it responds. That is why our verdict is stricter than the usual scanners — and why we apply it to our clients and to ourselves too.
Our scanner puts Marsa at Level 4 Agent-Ready today: their MCP server genuinely responds, verified by behaviour, not by files. It already publishes its DNS-AID record and is one step from Agent-Native: a single improvement remains —opening OAuth registration, so an autonomous agent can authenticate on its own. We don't call it Level 5 until it is: we'd rather tell you where it actually stands.
MCP makes your site maximally useful to an AI WHEN it finds you. What makes it find you is still SEO. There is no magical automatic discovery: anyone promising that a file will bring you AI traffic is selling you smoke. That is why we work both halves.
06 Authority
If the MCP server makes the site maximally useful once an AI has found it, content is what makes it find you. For Marsa we built a system that writes articles in Italian about what Italians moving to Panama actually search for: residency, company formation, taxation and the pensionado regime.
Every article starts from a real search: which documents are required, what it costs, how long it takes, what happens with taxes. No generic filler.
The system writes under hard rules: correct amounts, precise legal terminology and cautious tax language — never promising what depends on each person's case. And every article carries structured data so search engines understand what it is about.
The system drafts and prepares the articles; they are reviewed before being published. The AI writes under those rules and a person validates. There is no automatic publishing without review: on legal and tax matters that would be reckless.
So that when an Italian asks how to move to Panama — whether a search engine or an AI — Marsa's site is the one that comes up and the one used to answer.
07 The groundwork
None of the above holds up on a site that barely exists for a search engine. Marsa came from a single page, with no structure and no trust signals. Today it stands on solid groundwork, and that is what supports both the SEO and the agentic layer.
Residency, company formation, bank account, consultancy and the pensionado regime: each with its own page, its process explained step by step, and structured data for search engines.
A checkable physical office, the firm's track record and verifiable legal existence. These are the signals a search engine — and an AI — look at to decide whether they can cite you.
Accessibility 100 on mobile and on desktop, measured on 23/07/2026 with our own engine (median of 3 runs): sufficient contrast, keyboard navigation, and nothing that shuts people out because of how they browse.
Unique metadata on every page, frequently asked questions with structured data and a coherent URL structure. The performance figures, with their device and date, are further up.
08 What we review
WebScore brings together in a single scan what today you'd pull from several tools. Don't take our word for it? Here they are, on this same site. Run them and compare.
curl -sS -X POST https://marsalawyers.com/mcp -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/list"}' It returns the firm's real tool list. Swap tools/list for initialize to see the protocol handshake. It is the same server an AI assistant uses when it answers on Marsa's behalf.
We give you the performance —the same as PageSpeed, on Google's own API— and verified agentic readiness —stricter than isitagentready— in a single scan. No tab-switching.
09 Next step
The scan is free, no sign-up, and it tells you exactly where you stand: performance on mobile and desktop, and whether your AI capabilities actually work or are merely declared.
