2. Data we process. (a) Data you provide when contacting us by WhatsApp, email or form: name, email, phone, company and the content of your message. (b) Browsing data collected by analytics tools: cookie identifiers, pages visited, device and approximate location data.
3. Purposes. To respond to your enquiries and manage the business relationship; to prepare proposals; to measure and improve the site's performance through analytics.
4. Legal basis. Your consent (when contacting us and accepting analytics cookies) and Mardisom's legitimate interest in handling requests and improving its site.
5. Recipients and processors. We do not sell your data. We may share it with providers acting as data processors: Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics), Cloudflare (CDN and security), Banahosting (hosting) and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data under its own terms and security measures.
6. International transfers. Some providers are located outside Panama and the EU (for example, the United States). Such transfers rely on the safeguards each provider provides under applicable law.
7. Retention. We keep data for as long as necessary to handle your request and comply with legal obligations; analytics data is retained per the tools' configuration.
8. Your rights. You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. If you are in the EU, these rights derive from the GDPR; in Panama, from Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection. To exercise them, write to admin@mardisom.com.
9. Complaints. If you believe we process your data improperly, you may complain to the competent supervisory authority: in the EU, your national data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali); in Panama, the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).
