1. Owner. This website (mardisom.com) and the services offered under the "Mardisom Devs" brand are operated by Marsa & Co Corp, a company incorporated in the Republic of Panama, Aviso de Operación (business licence) 155728960-2-2022-2022-574313600, with address at El Cangrejo, Condominio Orion, Of. 7C, Panama City (hereinafter, "Mardisom").

2. Purpose. These terms govern the use of the site and the contracting of the optimization, design and web development services offered by Mardisom.

3. Contracting services. Services are provided according to the specific proposal agreed with each client, which defines scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. The accepted proposal prevails over the general information on this site.

4. Prices and billing. Fees are agreed per proposal. Billing is issued from Panama. Applicable taxes are determined under Panamanian law.

5. Intellectual property. Deliverables developed for the client belong to the client once the agreed full payment is made, except for third-party components, open-source libraries, and Mardisom's own tools or methodologies (including the WebScore index), which remain Mardisom's property. The content of this site (text, brand, design) is Mardisom's property.

6. Nature of results. Mardisom applies verifiable technical standards (Lighthouse, WebScore, AI-agent readiness). Search-engine ranking and visibility in AI systems depend on external factors beyond Mardisom's control; therefore, Mardisom does not guarantee specific positions or ranking results.

7. Limitation of liability. Mardisom shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or losses arising from the use of the site or third-party services (hosting, search engines, platforms). Use of the site is at the user's own responsibility.

8. Third-party links. The site may link to third-party sites (clients, social networks, tools). Mardisom is not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Changes. Mardisom may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Panama City, unless a mandatory provision states otherwise.
